GlasLock® System

The yield of a synthesis and the quality of the final product are strongly dependent on the agitation parameters that must be adjustable to each kind of reactions. The GlasLock® system, developed by De Dietrich in the early 80ies, is the only one in the world which allows individual fitting and dismantling of its blades.

Mounting - Dismantling

The fitting of a blade onto the hub, both completely glass-lined, is easily done thanks to a manual tool, following a simple procedure.
This kind of assembly gives a tightening strengh which is quite above the centrifugal force. It does not generate any risk of deterioration of the glass-lining, owing to the very high compressive strength of the glass.
