Sampling without opening the manway !…
The Sampling Baffle (BLE), thanks to an exclusive design, allows a perfectly representative sample to be "captured" in the very heart of the reaction process, then to be transferred instantaneously to a flask by nitrogen pressure.
Our system also offers the exclusive feature of being able to clean perfectly all the sampling circuit by means of an appropriate solvent.

The sample is perfectly representative of the product as it is taken in the very heart of the reaction process. It does not undergo any physical or chemical alteration during its transfer to the flask.
The possibility of a perfect rinsing of the sampling circuit adds further to this exclusive advantage by guaranteeing the absence of any risk of cross contamination.
A real gain in time
The sampling is straighforward and quick. It is not necessary to reduce the pressure in the reactor or to open the manhole and therefore no loss of gaseous inerting : the gain in time offered by the sampling baffle as compared to any other sampling method gives a real increase in productivity.

Sampling is effected without any risk : operators are never in contact with the product. By keeping the manhole closed, it optimises both the protection of your environment and that of your products.
A permanent control of your processes
Sampling can be carried out at any time of the process, under any condition, from high vacuum to high pressure, guaranteeing a permanent control of your reactions.
One single nozzle
All these advantages are offered by the baffle which keeps all its properties in term of baffling effect and temperature measurement, thus freeing up spare nozzles for other duties.
