Valves All De Dietrich glass-lined flush valves are made of cast steel and lined with our standard DD 3009 glass. Therefore they offer the same properties of chemical corrosion, thermal choc resistances as any other De Dietrich glass-lined equipment, in particular those of the reactors on which they are installed. They are designed according to three flanges specifications : DIN, ANSI or JIS. All our valves can be equipped with temperature measurement probes, conductive electrodes for EmailTest monitoring (glass-lining control), pneumatic actuators and many other accessories. All our valves fulfil the requirements of the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 97/23/CE) and are CE marked. They can be used with fluids of Group 1.

	The CleanValve range (CVB) This range has been designed for the most demanding processes as far as safety and cleanliness are concerned. The stem seal is achieved through a three-step process : • First, the glass-lined stem is machined to guarantee a regular shape • Second, a PTFE chevron packing is used instead of the classical graphite/PTFE ribbon (superposition of multiple sealings) • Last, an O-ring is integrated in the upper PTFE ring of the chevron. The additional cleaning port has been designed with an angle of 5° and is tangential to the outlet nozzle of the valve to facilitate ist cleaning. This outlet nozzle has been designed with a groove to prevent liquid hold-up. The absence of bellows facilitates the cleaning of the valve, especially when the final product is a slurry. The sizing of this CleanValve series is the same as the VBN valves and does not required any piping modifications on an existing installation. Mounting / Dismounting support This mobile support has been designed to help you to install or remove easily all kinds of valve. This equipment can also be used as working support in the maintenance shop.
